H. Phillip Claybrook, M.D.
In June of 1996, H. Phillip Claybrook, M.D., received the Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. His residency in the UT Health Science Center Meds-Peds Residency Program was completed in June of 2000. Later in that year, Dr. Claybrook joined the providers at Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Dr. Claybrook is an active member of the Christian Medical and Dental Society and has participated in medical mission trips to Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador. He and his wife, Christin, have two daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.
